After a very bad experience at Home Depot on August St, I went to this Rona this morning around 11. Yves in your paint dept is fantastic. He is knowledgeable and has very good customer service skills. He matched my paint, know where to find other items in the store and has very good listening skills. He should be commended. Actually found a staff member in the aisle where I was searching! She actually approached me to ask if I needed help! She set me up in less than 5 minutes! Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, or I'd tell you.

Michel, the household appliances advisor, was professional, very patient and friendly. He even unscrewed a part on the top of the fridge to check if we could remove it, given the limited height under our cabinets. Unfortunately, this was not possible. His availability, his humor, his smile and his professionalism are an asset for Réno Dépôt. Well done Michel.
