Got a good deal. I have a broker who took care of my purchase. From dealing the price to delivery of my new car, I got nothing to complain to my broker. But I am surprised the car delivery time has to be before 6pm during weekdays and no weekend. It’s a bit inconvenient.

While we couldn’t find common ground on negotiation, I really enjoyed my experience at this dealership while looking for a used Lexus car. Mico was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Maybe it’ll work out next time!
