Great customer service, good pricing and good turn around time. The one thing i would have preferred is even if a issue couldn't be reproduced, a list of possible fix could have been attempted. In my case it ended up being a bios update fixed my issue that i had to do at home.
The testing that was done on my PC help me narrow down my issue by eliminating both a potential hardware issue and power issue allowing me to be confident at looking into potential software problems.
