    I visited the Apple Store in Dix30 today and had an amazing experience. The service was outstanding—very professional, friendly, and attentive. A special thank you to the employee who helped me (a Caucasian gentleman, shorter, with glasses and a hat). He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. This is hands-down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this location!

    The service at this Apple Store felt very mechanical and bureaucratic, lacking basic human warmth. The service process was rigid, and some staff members did not seem well-informed about certain products.
    I waited for about 30 minutes, tried to speak with multiple employees, but no one responded. Eventually, I had to leave. Overall, a disappointing experience.

    Dylan provided with an exceptional service and gave a professional and dedicated support on my complex case. He’s very product-knowledgeable and was able to guide me to the resolution of my file with the right people on the apple support team. Even if it couldn’t be resolved in-store on the spot, I was able to get the support needed with a call the next day from apple support and move forward with my issue. A gem.?
