“We came at 10:00 a.m. exactly when it said the place would open however the parking lot was already half full and people were already in the water so I'm guessing they probably open around 9:00. There are two parking levels so continue moving forward up the hill to see if there is space available otherwise you'll have to park below and track your way up the very steep hill with all your stuff.

Overall our experience was great, the grounds are clean the staff are attentive to people who don't follow the no talking rules, on this topic, I would switch the area where you are allowed to whisper with the infinity pool where you are not allowed to talk since people really love talking in the infinity pool area and currently it's marked as a no talking section and on top there is a smaller hot pool where people are allowed to talk I would definitely switch those and just let people speak in the infinity pool area since that's where everybody tends to congregate.

The locker rooms are something that should have been built differently from the start, they are so small only one maybe two people that know each other can be in the space at once and there are 20 Lockers in that little square box so you have to walk around people who are changing say you're sorry walk all over them take your stuff and try to find another small corner to change this was definitely the only issue I had with the place besides that a lot of cold dips everything is clean the staff are constantly cleaning the glass doors, there is a movie theater a room with an aquarium where you can lounge and watch the fish.

The restaurant I really highly advise a visit, delicious food, the macaroni and cheese was to die for it was a special of the day, my daughter really enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich, it came with coleslaw and a salad, the arancini, those cheese balls were absolutely out of this world.

I would also make the lounge area space where they have round pillows like ottomans, there is nowhere to sit and be comfortable in front of the fireplace maybe put more cushions that you can lean against the wall otherwise there's no where to really sit and enjoy the fireplace. They provide sleeping cubbies and bunk beds to relax in.

There are no paper cups so you must bring your own water bottle, if you forget you can purchase one at reception. They also sell bathing suits flip-flops and beauty products so basically if you forget anything you can buy whatever you need there.

The robe is included in the price, it has a hood, and no pockets, the towels can be changed freely and are always available, the robe is only 1 for the duration of your stay.

I recommend putting your phone on airplane mode or you will be charged roaming fees, im guessing its due to the proximity of the Vermont cell tower.“
