Impeccable service!My boy's cell phone screen shattered. The repair was done quickly with quality parts (not just ordinary quality to allow a better price). My boy took the opportunity to change his battery. Once we got the phone back, the next day there was a problem with the screen. They immediately changed the part because it was defective. In January 2022, I was looking for a specific refurbished device. I contacted Fixum who did not have one but who took my contact details. Then I was called back to inform me that they had "received" what I was looking for. The refurbished cell phone offered is like new, with glass and new battery, for a price lower than I expected to pay. And what can we say about the service received from Samuel and Nicolas!
