I had such a positive experience during my first appointment. The physio took the time to truly listen to everything I was going through and explained things in a way that made me feel supported, seen, and hopeful. He was attentive, clear, and thoughtful in his recommendations, and I left with a much better understanding of my pain and a plan that felt manageable.
