I've only had three appointments with Stephanie Desjardins, but I already feel the need to write this review, because what she's done for me in such a short time is nothing short of remarkable.

I came to her about a month ago with chronic pain around my scapula that I had been living with for as long as I can remember. When she told me we could completely eliminate it and reach zero pain, I was extremely skeptical. A decade of pain, gone? I did the exercises she recommended anyway, and I kid you not, not even a month later, the pain has practically disappeared.

I highly recommend Physioactif Blainville! Karine provided exceptional care for my daughter’s shoulder injury, showing great attention, patience, and consistent follow-up throughout her recovery. She truly took the time to listen and understand my daughter’s pain, guiding her through the healing process with thoughtful advice and recommendations. From the moment you walk into the clinic, you’re welcomed with five-star service—Jocelyne at reception is warm, professional, and very attentive. An excellent experience overall!
