Up until this week the service was good! A few times snow was not completely cleared and some snow was still in the driveway. Driver of plow is polite! What I do not understand is why they did not clear at least the frozen banks the city of Blainville left each client, after the ice storm ⛈️ However,
they did offered , if you paid an extra, to add pellets to make it less dangerous….
I left a voice message and an email…. Cause the bloody bank was so high and frozen 🥶 hard, my car couldn’t get through!
No return call or reply to the email!!!!
Quite honestly, Sam Exterior owns all of the snow removal companies! So he doesn’t really care about...read full review
They dont come, they dont message before, once they came at 1AM and they expect us to have the cars in the street at 1AM. The worst service anybody can have, if you want to throw your money away, go with this garbage company.
I am extremely disappointed with this company's snow removal service. Today they completely neglected our parking lot, leaving it completely buried in snow and when they came back they cleared half of it. Additionally, their drivers are incredibly disrespectful. Throughout the winter season, they blew snow from the neighbor's parking lot into our yard. This is a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.
