Excellent services with professional technician and responsible attitude. I had an hustle recently with Home Depot who was not responsible for its HVAC under the warranty, and I called Tran Climatisation who sent their experienced technician Steve. He was professional, efficient, and genuinely committed to resolving the problem. His expertise saved us from the summer heat. I am incredibly grateful for his responsible attitude and the prompt resolution.

First of all, thank you to Martin Provost who provided good advice, and always very responsive, to respond to our needs and questions, as well as to bridge the gap with his colleagues. Then, the heat pump installation work was done well and quickly. However, the finish left something to be desired in my eyes, but Tran provided after-sales service, thanks to a clean, careful adjustment from Sasha; so thanks again to him!
I therefore recommend Tran Climatisation, and will continue to do business with them in the future.
