I contacted Planchers M & M Chouinard Inc. when looking for someone to refinish our kitchen floor. They were amazing from beginning to end. We booked the appointment - they arrived on time, explained everything that they would be doing, returned the next morning early so that we did not have to stay home and wait to put the final coat on, cleaned everything up and gave me tips on when to wash the floor and take care of it.
