The experience was painless. They showed up for the quote the first time ( I didn't have to call repeatedly like with other companies). They booked us in fast. The team was polite, efficient and professional ( and bilingual). They took their time to ensure no damage was done to my property. My huge dying tree (which became an insurance liability) is now gone and I'm SO relieved. I would hire them again to manage my other two large trees on my property in future. Also, I was pleased with the reasonable price and easy payment system. Recommend!
