Very bad service, came in for my hand and feets. She started wiith my feet’s first although I told her I wanted my hands priority she’s said to me that we would start my feet’s and after my hands. The lady didn’t do the best job, she took 1h for shellac and it wasn’t even good. While finishing my feet’s she said to me that they didn’t have more time to do my nails. Why? Because they took an other client even tho I was next and even tho they didn’t have time. Why did you guys took her? I was pissed because my hands were a priority b cause I had an event. Very bad service. I went to take an appointment. The lady left me waiting for more than 5 minutes. Then when she started to speak, I could not understand what she’s saying in both French or English. We had to talk with words and hands. Nervous person. She asked me to call back to take the appointment.At the reception we should put someone with a good accent and who take care of the customers.

I did my nails twice with the same girl! She hurts my nails , and they started falling and breaking the next day . I don't recommande this place keep your moneyService: Nail extensions
