They don’t care about your time and will give away your appointement to walk ins, happened many times… few technicians are nice, it’s unfortunate they can’t manage the place with respect for their clients. Won’t be going again
About Lov Mii spa
Lov Mii spa offers nail services like acrylic nails, with experiences varying greatly by technician. One reviewer had a very painful and bloody experience with two technicians, while another reports consistently good and careful service from a specific technician, who fixed a badly done set at no charge. This technician is noted for being gentle, checking for comfort, and doing great work from pictures. The business has been criticized for its pricing, with staff allegedly consulting to charge more than displayed, and for appointment issues, as walk-ins are sometimes prioritized over bookings. Service quality is inconsistent, heavily dependent on which technician performs the service.

SCAM PAY ATTENTION! Very bad experience. The prices displayed were not the same at the cash register, which is very misleading. We were told one price at the beginning, then the amount changed when it was time to pay. When we tried to ask questions, the staff acted like they did not understand. On top of that, the place did not seem clean or hygienic. Very unprofessional service. I do not recommend this place.
