I am very grateful for the service I received from Hydro solution and especially from the installer team Camilo and Mamadou. They were polite and efficient. I had to call an electrician to change my 10 amp breaker to twenty amps. They did the whole installation in advance anyway. When the electrician arrived later that day, he added the proper breaker amps and I was all set. The installers could have not done the install, and have me make another appointment costing me another service call. Camilo also advised me of a credit that I was entitled to for the electrician's fee. Wow! All is up and running well. So thank you!
J'ai fait appel à HydroSolution pour remplacer mon chauffe-eau. Le service a été impeccable. Les préposés étaient professionnels, compétents et courtois. Le service téléphonique pour prendre rendez-vous également. Et j'aime le fait que je peux bénéficier d'un service après-vente (location ici) pour ce chauffe-eau. Ça me donne la paix d'esprit.
