on December 23. The storm that arrived from Quebec brought winds, rain, but also snow. Lots and lots of winds! It's vacation tomorrow and I'm so anxious I don't think I can find someone to fix my water heater. A friend gave me the EPG number, I tried to dial, incredible! They sent the plumber Eric on time! Even more incredible that he is professional! Effective! Warm and friendly! Gave me lots of useful advice! He refused to take my tips even though he has traveled many times in storms!
