I bought a Xbox One and I was doing a complete teardown and rebuild, I was in need of some thermal paste. I went to Walmart, Staples, and I stopped here. The lady mentioned that they were currently sold out, but went out back to find and give me a little they had left. She showed me exactly how to use it. Did not charge me a penny! I had just enough to finish my project! I am extremely grateful for Sites & Bytes and they can expect my business again soon!

I had my pc serviced here and will definitely return for any future computer service needs. We had a miscommunication and the staff stepped up big time even though they weren't at fault. I feel confident that these people have integrity and value their customers; they are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Super helpful and friendly like always. Every time I’ve gone in they’ve been super quick, efficient and upfront about what I actually need done, even if I’ve come in thinking I need a more intensive repair. Could not recommend them highly enough, all staff are obviously highly knowledgeable about their jobs.
