Reviews
Just this morning I was in the market for a Sata3.0 transfer cable. After exhausting all retailers, I proceeded to check out this local business. On arrival they were closed and the owner came to the door proceeded to answer my questions and found the product I was looking for. On your day off your customer service, how humble you were and your professionalism has truly made this customer happy!
Thank you.
I bought a Xbox One and I was doing a complete teardown and rebuild, I was in need of some thermal paste. I went to Walmart, Staples, and I stopped here. The lady mentioned that they were currently sold out, but went out back to find and give me a little they had left. She showed me exactly how to use it. Did not charge me a penny! I had just enough to finish my project! I am extremely grateful for Sites & Bytes and they can expect my business again soon!
