“I have been dealing with Kelly’s Flower Shop to send flowers to various members of my family back home on PEI for years. Unfortunately my most recent bouquet request for my sister’s birthday wasn’t up to their usual standard for some reason. When this was brought to their attention, their response was very quick and totally customer service focussed. They stated they wanted to make it right, and offered to send out another bouquet even though this was not requested, nor was a refund. Not only was a beautiful bouquet quickly delivered, but they also added several ‘treats’. My sister was quite taken with the new beautiful bouquet AND the treats. Kudos to Kelly’s! They’ve got their customer service down pat! Mistakes happen. What matters is how those mistakes are corrected, and Kelly’s blew us away with their response. I highly recommend them. 💐”
