We had water before bed and we knew our bladder was gone for months on our holding tank, but the next day we had no water. I called the company that I had been on their waiting list since June and was told 1 hour later that the tech had gone to another job and to call around!I contacted Prompt Plumbing and was told they would have someone out in about 2 hrs. Both my husband and I were so impressed that we could get it fixed.
