The entire team at Hunter River Dental is fantastic! Compassionate, well organized, and professional.

My son (9) has always been a patient of HRD and had always had really positive experiences at the clinic. Recently, he had some unexplained anxiety about getting a tooth fixed though & it took me totally off guard!! The dental assistant and dentist were so good with him, and tried their best to ease his mind/concerns. Unfortunately, it became evident that nothing could be said/done during that appt. As one of the 2% of patients who got no relief from dental freezing for 30 years, and having fibromyalgia, this is not an average review.Dr. Amy and her assistant Marlene were phenomenal.No long, stressful waits before the work began. Both women were empathetic, efficient, skillful, pleasant, kind and cheerful. Dr. Amy is extremely skilled with local anaesthetic.Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The fee was very reasonable.One of only two dentists in my 60 years of fillings, breaks and extractions who sent me home feeling cared for, respected and comfortable.
