“I have a timid and reactive dog and Miltonvale Park Veterinary Clinic staff do their best to make us feel supported. Staff have taken the time to build trust with my dog and this was clear today when he willingly walked out back with staff and didn’t even look back for me. Typically, I have to walk with him, and one time he still ran back to me. The progress I am seeing is largely due to the efforts being made by staff to make him feel safe.
Dr. Megan called to update me after Ollie’s sedation this afternoon and offered to answer any questions I might have. Another staff member walked me through his after-care upon my return and the ladies at the desk assisted with taking my payment and cheerfully returning my dog to me. My pets and I very much appreciate this team!“
