After explaining our situation and needing to purchase a used phone they stepped up. Very helpful and willing to do what ever was necessary to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Very friendly. They even let use their wifi to transfer data from one device to the other. Very satisfied with this experience.

Frank is a really nice guy with excellent customer service and helped me out with my phone. He even offered to replace my back panel for free when it accidentally cracked during repair.

Dropped phone in a mop bucket. Was able to get it into them quick and they were able to save all the data! After being in mop water I expected the phone to not work at all but they were able to save the phone as well. As an added bonus they were finished the same day! 100% recommended.
