I would definitely recommend Symmetrics Health. I have been going to physio and massage therapy since August 2021. Alex Cuffley-Hebert is an excellent physiotherapist who has helped me and continues to help me build strength after several surgeries on my left hip which has had its complications. Alex continues to encourage me to reach my goals with pool therapy and physio exercises. He takes time to listen and explains everything very well. Thanks for that!!😁 I appreciate it so much.
