; Depending on who does the preparation stage it can be a bit rushed, but more times than not it's quick, easy, and fairly well done. They normally do not touch my cuticles, but I've never asked.
; For the amount of time they spend vs the end result I cannot ask for more. I bring them increasingly complex designs and they meet or exceed my expectations every time.

I had a great experience at this nail salon! The place is very clean, professional, and welcoming. The staff are super friendly and really pay attention to detail. I felt relaxed and well taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality service in a clean and comfortable environment!
I have nothing but high praise to give to Princess Nails! I am age 80 and have been using their services for over a year. From the minute I walk in the door I am treated like a Queen. I am assisted in every way from their greeting, selection of paint colours to the excellent quality of their work.The warmth, kindness and respect given by the Asian culture is beyond all expectations.
