I went in today to have my CPAP machine calibrated. The woman at the front desk, Trina, could not have been kinder or more concerned about taking care of me, both on the phone and in person.
Laura Lee, the Therapist who worked on setting up my machine (I purchased it when I lived in the US ) was professional, kind, very complete and answered every question I had and then some.
On a scale of 1-10, I honestly rate them at 387!!! They went way above and beyond. I highly recommend them.
