Con: Membership are way overpriced. It sucks that you can’t use any weights you want during classes due to sexist manager. Classes are overcrowded would be more enjoyable if they were less packed.
Pro: love the classes and the instructors are great. The place has nice facilities and definitely some of the best workout I’ve ever done. I have recommended this place to a few people
I have been going to Infrared Fitness for almost 2 months now. I am really enjoying the classes. Triona is very knowledgeable and gives you hands on teaching during your practice. I love that every one of her classes are different. You never know what you are going to be doing and it's always a wonderful challenge. I am not super fit or flexible however she works with you at whatever place you are! Just come as you are and you will love it.
The other instructors Kate, Suzanne and Kristi are all beautiful ladies. I enjoy all their classes. I would love to see more noontime classes. The place is clean and well looked after.
I can only comment on hot athletica. I love the "dynamic" nature of the workout. Not monotonous at all. I also love how it hits the whole body. Lastly, I like how the exercises are simple, so I can do them on my own as well.
