Stopped by Good Guys today on the recommendation of my friend who is a mechanic. I was having troubles with my remote start only working sporadically, and I was told Victor was the guy to see. I stopped by without an appointment, and Victor took a look and fixed the problem in just a few minutes. While we waited, another staff member gave my daughter a t-shirt! They were so kind and helpful. I was also surprised when they told me “no charge” for the fix! What a lovely business and staff. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!
I wait til I am on vacation on PEI to repair my windshield here. Customer service is always top notch, from the owner to all the other staff/employees involved throughout the entire process. They certainly went over & above, which made my experience the absolute best one possible!! Highly, highly recommended!!
I went to the Good Guys in November 2024 to get my windshield replaced. Had top notch customer service . Left happy. Fast and easy. In Feb. 2025, the trim on the side of my windshield flew off as I was driving. I called them to get it replaced… fully expecting I may have to convince them to help me/cover this since a couple of months had passed. They were so helpful. They did not carry the part so they suggested where I might find it. I sourced the part at a local salvage yard and they were kind enough to go pick it up, pay for it and put it on at no charge to me. Shout out to Jackson who I dealt with. He communicated with me regularly when there was a problem with the original part I got. He even went the second time and got correct part himself. I really appreciated this as I certainly do not know my way around a scrap yard! Great service and very professional! It’s the little things. Also the new place is so bright and clean. They saved me money by obtaining the decorative part I needed at a lower cost than a new one. Thanks, I think you really are Good Guys… and thanks for your kindness and patience with me. Also for the notepad. I use it all the time.
