Received a gift card for Freedom Hair Christmas 2022. Near present ever! From the moment I walked in, and was greeted by Michelin I felt welcomed and in a safe space. Luckily, I got the services of Kara who had just started working there. I was told she knew a lot about cutting curly hair.Understatement!! I had high hopes walking into the salon, it looked great and their rating was good, I even said to my daughter that I think we will have a great experience here, BUT when we got to the counter the two girls just stared at us like we had interrupted them, i said who we were and the one of the girls just said “ ok, this way” didn’t introduce herself, no welcome, just felt at all times that we had interrupted them. We came for a consult and she offered no additional info, I had to ask all the questions, i felt on the spot and didn’t really know what to say so I just started spouting questions. I have been going to Freedom for at least a dozen years and have always had the best possible experience with their guest service team and stylists. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
