As we all know there is always 3 hours waiting time before meeting a doctor anywhere here which is already disgusting . I want to recommend atleast put some chairs outside for sitting as there are mostly seniors who atleast need some respect .
I recently called the clinic to inquire about their services, but the receptionist I spoke sounds filipino with was completely unprofessional. She seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns and was not customer-oriented at all. I was really looking forward to visiting the clinic, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm baffled by the clinic's choice of staff - this person seems completely out of their depth and can't even listen to patients' concerns!
Said the clinic was open 1-4 . Tried booking on skip the waiting room lol that’s a joke .. went down at 320 left work early
By the way to see if they could squeeze me in early . The lady there said they were done at 2 and the clinic is only open till 3 !!!!!! Canada has the worst health care and it never used to be like this … something as to be done for Canadians
