I recently called the clinic to inquire about their services, but the receptionist I spoke sounds filipino with was completely unprofessional. She seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns and was not customer-oriented at all. I was really looking forward to visiting the clinic, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm baffled by the clinic's choice of staff - this person seems completely out of their depth and can't even listen to patients' concerns!

Said the clinic was open 1-4 . Tried booking on skip the waiting room lol that’s a joke .. went down at 320 left work early
By the way to see if they could squeeze me in early . The lady there said they were done at 2 and the clinic is only open till 3 !!!!!! Canada has the worst health care and it never used to be like this … something as to be done for Canadians

Don’t waste your time!
They take 15 pts for a 3hr clinic. The clinic was full before registration was to start. I was the last and had to choose between my son and I. They completed the clinic in an hr. A complete waste of time and very frustrating.
