I dealt with Debbie when I phoned to make an appointment and when I went in for my appointment she did some initial tests on my eyes. Debbie was very personable and kind. She was always smiling and so bubbly and friendly. Dr. Anstey was extremely knowledgable and took the time to explain everything to me. She was fantastic during the eye exam! I dealt with Katie when it came time to pick out some frames and she was so helpful! Katie was really sweet and friendly the entire time and made the process so easy for me! I will definitely be recommending Boyles Optical. The ladies I dealt with gave me outstanding customer service and deserve to be recognized.
I was helped find a frame by Katie! She has an eye for fitting people with beautiful frames! She and Wendy were able to fit my lenses and glasses perfectly. Also wonderful eye doctors working here! Dr Ansty- absolutely wonderful with my 5 year olds exam! And dr jinks was very good with my 18 month old and assessing his red eye! I will only be going to boyles from now on!
I always receive excellent service from Boyles Optical. Definitely the place to go for your eye care needs.
