During the Black Friday sale, we went to the store (Charlottetown) and purchased a TV. We paid $1,150 in total. Went home and unfortunately, we were given a TV that had issues (screen dead pixel). So we called customer service support and was told that someone from the store would contact us. We waited and waited but no one called. So we went to the store again and informed them of the issue. They wanted us to bring the TV back. I asked kindly if someone could pick it up because it's very inconvenient and it wasn't our fault that the TV had issues. In September I bought an Xbox controller from the Charlottetown Best Buy, along with a 2 year warranty. A little over a month later I realized there was a problem with it so I went in to do an even exchange for a new one that worked properly. I was turned away and was told I could only mail it in if I wanted a new controller and that it would take over a month to get back to me. Regardless of the warranty process if I was sold a faulty controller I shouldn’t have to wait that long for something I paid over $250 for.

Good variety of products. Prices... not so much. I felt like Future Shop had so many more deals than what I've found going to Best Buy.Competitive pricing never hurts; otherwise it's the decision of spending $80 at Walmart or $80 at Best Buy for the same product. (And I can get groceries, clothing, furniture, etc at Walmart... just saying.)
