I used to really like best buy, for electronics like computer and camera accessories, or the cell phone dept. But lately very disapointing... little of what I need is ever in stock and has to be ordered off the website.

After having a problem with our new washer, we returned to the Charlottetown store to find a solution. The manager was extremely helpful and he replaced it with a brand new washer. We are very happy with our experience there and will be buying our future applainces from Best Buy.
