Had a service done on my grinder pump. Staff is knowledgeable from dispatch to technician. The issue I had was resolved and system up and running in less than a few hours from when I called. I would highly recommend Biros Septic and Drain for any septic or sewer pump issue.
We needed septic tank cleaned. Turned out pump was broken. The service man cleaned out tank and any overflow. Next day the guy came with new pump and everything was back to normal. Very good workers and explained everything they were doing. I highly recommend them!
