Great place and a great owner! Kristen is awesome super friendly and has an amazing space that felt so relaxing the moment you walk in. She gives background on who she is and her expertise which I appreciated. Really enjoyed my massage and when telling her for more pressure she listened and did amazing work. I got cupping added to my massage and it felt nice (that hurt that feels so good)!She also showed me the sound room and vibrating table and I tired it out. I really enjoyed it and next time wanna add it to my massage experience!

Booked with Renew online, quick and easy!Kristen is experienced and professional, I would recommend her!During my massage she thought cupping would help and asked if it was okay. It was a great suggestion, and that combined with the massage worked wonderfully.She takes the time to care for each person and their individual needs!

The absolute most amazing massage I have ever received! I walked out a little woozy. I've never had a 120-minute massage before but with RA and Lyme disease, my joints ache terribly. So I didn't want her to rush through any part of it. Let me tell ya, that's the way to go! And afterwards, I even tried the new vibroacoustic therapy table that used low frequency vibrations and sound to help your body reach a new level of relaxation. Kristen is the best! She even sent me home with a bottle of water and a bath bomb. I've had several massages over the years. This was the first time I immediately rebooked. I can't oversell this experience.
