I have a mercury mountaineer that has given me a million headaches! I had my cv axle replaced 3 TIMES and STILL had the same problem. Aric looked at my car for 10 minutes and found the issue that ALL the mechanics I went to before had missed. My car now runs smoothly!! Not to mention the price was LESS THAN HALF of what I paid the other mechanics who didn't even fix the issue!! He offers all the benefits of a garage WITHOUT the insane price gouging!! You pay what he pays for parts and his labor cost is beyond reasonable! He doesn't turn a 1 hour job into 5 and also communicates promptly.
