I took my tax information to this business on the 16th of April. As of 6/21/24, I have not gotten them back!!! He will not return my phone calls, nor has he indicated he doesn't want to do them. I have been to the office more than four times and waited three hours for him each time, and I still have not received my documents. Needless to say, i have been calling him numerous times. He will not answer or return my calls. My experience has been extremely negative. I can't speak on anyone else's experience, but as for my personal experience, it is an ongoing unbelievable nightmare. He is showing no concern about my frustration.
