Stephen did an awesome job. Was really in love with this townhouse but opened my eyes to a major repair that could be 30k! Although it does not feel good to spend $ on an inspection for a home you aren’t going buy anymore, I do feel better knowing I dodged a bullet. Thanks Stephen!!!!

Steven was incredible to work with. If you have any doubts, try what I did and call him. After a two minute conversation it's evident he's an expert. He arrived early to take photos and look around. At the home he gave extreme detail but also broke it down in manageable lay-man terms for me to highlight key takeaways (his inspection was so thorough I wouldn't have been able to remember everything if not for this). Within a few hours we received a detailed report along with photos of everything from the attic and crawlspace insulation to every single outlet and switch throughout the house that wasn't working.
