Highly recommend Ray’s Heating and Air! They came out same day (on Friday afternoon!) to check our struggling old furnace. Ed was able to cobble together a temporary fix so we had heat through the weekend, and then he was back first thing Monday to install a new furnace.
Ed and his team were professional, transparent about options and pricing, and very responsive throughout the process. Pricing was very fair for a dependable, well-done installation, and the warranty gave us real peace of mind. The financing options were also very helpful. Excellent service from start to finish; plan to call Ray’s for all our HVAC needs and highly recommend their work.
The men completed the work on our system. They did a very good job. I was very happy they explain every detail. Flora at their office kept us informed when the new system would arrive.
I actually hate to leave this review, but I had Ray's come out for a full HVAC install in August 2025. They offered competitive pricing and a quick install which was appreciated. However, once the summer season ended we realized that the fan wasn't turning off. I had Ray's return in October of 2025 and they confirmed that the component was faulty and would need to be replaced. They said once the part arrived it would be a quick replacement. It took a while, but the part finally arrived and it was installed by Ben M. the technician.
