There is high turnover at this office and now I can see why. I was in a car accident two years ago this November 2019 and I was under Dr. B's care. Everything was going wonderfully until Dr. Manning abruptly fired Dr. B. Since my insurance paperwork was already filed with PHP, I stayed with Dr. Manning to finish my treatment. My insurance company ruled that my care was finished in January 2020. In summer 2021 Dr. Manning mailed me a bill for $3000 for care. We emailed back and forth. I called my insurance company. I emailed Dr. Manning three times without reply. In November 2021, without having heard from him after three months, I emailed him again letting him know I considered the case closed. He wrote be back an incredibly rude email stating, "I'll consider this closed when it has a resolution. I will not email you with no news as it wastes my time to do so." I am shocked that a doctor would say that to a patient and that any human would call another suffering human being a waste of their time!

Love this practice! I've had an arterial dissection so I'm very careful about what chiropractor I see. I originally saw Dr. Manning for a herniated disc. He was very gentle and respectful of my previous issue while fixing the herniated disc. I have continued to see him and recommended this practice to others. The staff is great as well!
