I've come in to this office a few times over the years, usually with specific questions so complicated that they would make your head spin. I needed to be shown things in documents and have them explained to me. I needed to talk to a live person face-to-face.This has happened three times in the past couple of years. All three times, James was at the front desk, and he is without a doubt the most superbly informed person I've ever met at a front desk. He was knowledgable about every form and tricky situation I presented him with, and was able to clearly explain some very complicated procedures step by step. And all with good humor.Earlier in life I worked in the securities industry, so I can appreciate the value of someone like James in an office. In this age of internet transactions and phone-based customer service, it's time-consuming to have to drive to an office to get something done, so I want that time to be well-used.
