“Recently went here for the first time and had a great experience. I brought in a specialty item to be cleaned and unfortunately something happened to one of the buttons. They worked really hard to find an exact match to fix the button and when they couldn't they offered help with a replacement item. Definitely will be coming back in the future if I need any other items dry cleaned.“

“I stopped by Elite Cleaners and Tailors to get my wife’s and my wedding dresses preserved, and I have to say the staff and owner were truly amazing. I took in our dresses, which were absolutely destroyed after the wedding, and they didn’t even flinch. They immediately made me feel comfortable and confident leaving such special items in their care.

The building smelled amazing, everything was incredibly organized, clean, and well kept, and you could tell they genuinely take pride in their business. While I was there, I also learned they offer several tailoring services, clean comforters, and even work on vintage jackets, which was really exciting to hear.

One thing I especially appreciated, because I know so many people have awkward experiences at alteration shops, was their fitting and alteration area. Instead of the random uncomfortable fitting room situations you sometimes run into, they had a beautiful, private dressing room to try on clothing for alterations. Their entire alteration section felt welcoming, professional, and thoughtfully designed, which honestly made the experience so much more comfortable.

The pricing felt very fair and reasonable, especially considering the care and professionalism they showed. If you need tailoring, dry cleaning, alterations, or preservation services, I would absolutely recommend checking them out.

I’m really excited to see how our dresses turn out. More than anything, I’m happy I’m able to preserve such a special memory from our wedding day.
