The night before my wedding/a half hour before my rehearsal dinner (!!) a dip manicure I’d gotten the day prior at a different salon chipped. They were SO understanding and took me back and fixed my manicure in 5-10 minutes. If I could rate them a higher than 5/5 I would. Thanks to Anna’s for saving my wedding nails!!

Kathy N has been doing my nails for over a decade! She is the BEST nail artist/technician I have ever been to. I’ve tried other places over the years and no one is even half as good as Kathy N. She is a perfectionist. She always makes sure my cuticles are done perfectly too. She is also just a sweet, genuine person. I highly recommend!

I have been here a handful of times and have had good experiences.
Unfortunately, today's experience was not great. I called to see if they had availability and they said they did but then asked me to come in right away (fine). I got there and waited about 15 minutes (also fine). Then the tech started to roughly and quickly do my pedicure. I told her it was rough and requested that she slow down. She did but skimmed over the rest of the experience. I was the last one seated for the pedicure and the first one out, the whole thing took about 15 mins.
