First and foremost , Bob is an incredible human being. He is the consummate professional in every single aspect. He walked us through the steps needed to fix a well issue. He was calm, yet his personality is warm and welcoming! I will NEVER ever use any other WELL company from this day forward. Late Friday afternoon we had no water . None !!! Apparently our foot valve went . Had an “idea” of where the well was . Long story short - Bob saved the day ... he was constantly in touch with us keeping us posted on when he was coming and what he was doing . A few nights he was working longer then I thought to get the job done . Job is done and he did a great job . Professional . Empathic . Reliable .
