The lady I specifically asked her to clean up my eyebrows and she left me with the thinniest eyebrows ever. I cried in my car because I’m usually a thick brow girly. Never coming back
Would give 0 stars . VERY unprofessional she threw the cotton on the ground and did not even give a mirror to see how it looks afterwards . They also must not like kids cus the employee mean mugged me and my sister while we’re waiting weird & rude as heck .
10/12 will be the last time I get services. The lady who threads my eyebrows ALWAYS leaves scratches under/around my eyebrows. Her attitude is ridiculous & she’s not welcoming at all, I’ve tried talking to her before & all she ever says is No. I believe services are to look & feel clean after not have red scratch marks on my face afterwards. Ill get a wax somewhere else before I go back 👍
