Very disappointed. The idea of a membership sounded great, but I have to make appointments months in advance for a massage. I can never get the same masseuse because of staff turn over is so high. And, the staff at the Allentown location were just rude when I cancelled my membership in person. They will still be charging me for one additional appointment. I have appointments booked out until December now. You’re supposed to have 90 days to use your last appointment, but I fear they wouldn’t be able to get me in before the 90 days is up for my last massage. FYI - When you take people’s money for services you knowingly can’t provide it’s called theft.

Had a fabulous massage with Mike. I got 80min Himalayan salt stone with CBD. Oil! I really enjoy the CBD it’s help long after the massage with pain relief and relaxation! Great Job Thank you

I love getting my facials with Laura! I'm a massage therapist myself, and I specifically go to hand and Stone to get a facial because it's the most relaxed I've ever been. My fave massage therapist is no longer there so I can't speak to that but an hour facial is equally relaxing, if not more.
