    I started my own small business and called Berks EIT twice over the last year because I needed assistance. Both times they were able to help me right away, were super friendly, patient, and gave me a lot of helpful information that led me in the correct direction and put my mind at ease. I was terrified to call the first time, but it was as pleasant as an experience could be, regarding taxes.

    Even though the reason for me needing to contact Berks EIT was less than ideal. Jennifer was extremely professional and helpful. She took the time to listen to me, and explain everything so that I would understand. I sincerely appreciate her help
