Scott was friendly, professional, and thorough. He called about 15 minutes before arrival, came in with a smile, and conducted treatment immediately. He explained the treatment plan clearly and was conscious of my family's safety and health throughout (good air circulation, how long we should wait before touching/ sitting on furniture, etc.). Called Procor to kill and remove a hornets nest. At first there was some confusion about price and service specifics. Worked with Paul who was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all questions and cleared up any confusion. He returned phone calls and showed up promptly. The hornets nest was safely neutralized. They were neat and very respectful of my property. Very satisficed with services.
