I was very happy with their service .They fit me in same day.Very friendly and it was nice to talk to a person when calling and not going through a third party.Mike even took the garbage!
Our water heater kicked the bucket and flooded our basement on Saturday. Called Carpinet same day and they said they would be out first thing Monday morning. Arrived at 7:30am and were done by 8:45am. Could not be happier with their service and professionalism. I HIGHLY recommend.
My furnace stopped working and, I was without heat on a snowy 20degree Friday. I called 2 places first thing in the morning and waited most of the day for just a return phone call. I called Carpinet and within 1 hour they had arrived and had it up and running for me. Also offered some advice on preventing further problems. He was very polite and professional. Will definitely use them anytime I have any plumbing needs from now on.
