It's okay. Came for a four thirty appointment after work, there were 3 workers and one woman who, I guess was the manager, cause she was facilitating things. I came only about 5 minutes early and because one of the workers were still working on someone else, the manager told me that because my appointment was for 4:30 to wait for the woman to finish her client. When 4:30 came and the woman still wasn't available, the manager, sat down and started my manicure. She could have just done that in the first place cause I know if I was late I would have to wait. Which I did anyway. I just wish more businesses value people's time like they expect you to value theirs.

I love the ambiance here, it’s peaceful, professional and friendly. This is my go to Nailery. I love how I pulled up a color via IG and they patiently looked for it with me Lol. It’s little things like that that may my experience soo much more enjoyable. I’m hoping they get more fall colors. The darker the better lol. Keep up the good work ladies.
