Installing a new computer and printer as well as transferring the data from the old to the new devices seemed simple and seamless - thanks to Amelia at Thames Computer Consulting. Not only did Amelia order and then bring the new hardware to my home but she removed the old. In a couple of hours I was all set, working away on my state-of-the-art equipment!
I worked with Amelia. She knew how to fix my problem. She also worked very quickly. I had to call the next day because I forgot something she told me and was very nice about going over it again.
My company, Guardian Nurses, has been supported by Lynn and her team for many years. We have always found her very responsive, knowledgeable, and resourceful! Even our own in-house I.T. resource knows that she can utilize Lynn's skills and expertise for issues that she can't figure out!
